In St. Dominic’s we encourage an environment of mutual respect, courtesy and consideration for others.

Pupils stand up and greet members of staff when they enter a room. “Good morning, Miss/Mr”

They stand up and thank teachers at the end of class.

Pupils greet any member of staff they meet on the corridor as well as standing aside to allow them to pass.

When a visitor or staff member is leaving the classroom, the pupil nearest the door opens it for him/her.

When moving around the school, everyone should keep to the left.
