Pastoral Policies
Every year each pupil receives a copy of the Parents’ Handbook.
In it is set out:
Names of the Board Governors
Names (& departments) of teaching staff
Names of designated staff including Senior Staff, Year Heads and Class Tutors
Information on the Pupil Forum
Information on the Homework Club
Details of school procedures regarding uniform, code of conduct and general school organisation
Extracts from the following school policies: -
- Homework
- Anti-bullying
- Drugs
- Child Protection
- Internet
- Positive Behaviour
- Discipline
A copy of the full Handbook can be accessed from the Downloads area of this web-site.
Copies of all school policies and DENI circulars are available from the Principal's Secretary.
If a parent or guardian has any concern about a child's safety he/she should contact the designated teacher (Miss G McIlwee)or deputy designated teacher (Mrs R McAllister) for Child Protection.
