The British Biology Olympiad is an annual competition, organised by the Royal Society of Biology, aimed at the top A Level Biologists. This year there were 7200 entries. Amy and Megan Wilkinson took part. The competition consists of 90 multiple choice questions testing all areas of Biology, including many topics not taught at A Level, and is designed to challenge the most able students. Both girls felt challenged after the exam.
Congratulations to Megan Wilkinson who was “commended” for her effort in this year's British Biology Olympiad.
