Eco Club attend ‘Faiths Together for Climate Justice & Peace ‘ Sixth Form Conference’

On Friday 20th September 2024, four Eco Club members participated in the ‘Faiths Together for Climate Justice & Peace -  'Our Voices Matter' - Sixth Form Conference’ organised by ‘Join the Dots’. Students had the opportunity to hear from Professor Martin Palmer and Professor John Barry on how organised religions help with conservation around the world. Students had the opportunity to voice their opinions and come up with important questions to ask politicians at the event – Lesley Veronica from Green Party and Claire Hanna from the SDLP were on the panel.
