Year 10 Chemistry Event

St. Dominic’s welcomed Dr Morgan, Dr Brolly and PhD QUB students for a Royal Society of Chemistry career talk on “Not All Chemists Wear White Coats” then  a spectroscopy workshop that has the pupils determine the concentration of a suspected counterfeit batch of paracetamol. Pupils enjoyed the experience and many thanks to QUB/RSC.
