Eco Club Litter Pick and Litter Survey

The Eco Club completed a litter pick of the school grounds and collected around 3 kgs of litter from the school grounds and found a variety of interesting items, from a light bulb complete with fitting to a pair of flip flops still in their packaging. The club also did a litter survey inside the school and found 27 plastic bottles in various rooms and corridors around the school. We would like everyone to place their plastic bottles in the plastic recycling bins with the yellow lids located outside each lift in the middle of the school. After Easter the Eco Club will be visiting assemblies to ask students to help keep the school clean and tidy.
