Paul Doherty came to speak to our year 12s in assembly as part of their citizenship and health and well-being curriculum about the effects of poverty in our community. He spoke about his work and the impact of the school’s donations each Christmas. Paul revealed that the school’s efforts helped over 40 families to get through the Christmas period last year– providing toys, food, and support through the community hub in Andersonstown. He also advertised the Uniform hub, Foodbank and new educational resource centre that are available in our community through solidarity with local schools, businesses and volunteers.

Thanks Paul for an inspiring and thoughtful presentation!
