The History Club in St. Dominic's creates additional opportunities for students to engage with the subject after school and promotes a greater appreciation of history throughout the school. The Antibullying Alliance (ABA) is a coalition of organisations and individuals united against bullying and seek to promote positive youth voices. The Irish Department is delighted to have hosted our first ever Feis Naomh Doiminic. This day celebrates Seachtain na Gaeilge and offers our Irish students the opportunity to celebrate Irish culture with music, dance and poetry. Science Club has returned on a Thursday afternoon for Year 8s and the students have definitely enjoyed themselves. They have made their own salt crystal Christmas decorations and had fun competing to see how big they could grow gummy bears. They have made their own rain clouds in a jar and lava lamp also.
